Risk of Loss
Shipment of all items purchased from Chemsearch is made pursuant to purchase and shipping documents that may specify passage of title and risk of loss. This usually means that the risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will assist you in making a claim but cannot be responsible for loss in transit.

Material Safety Data Sheets
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) will be sent to you the first time you order one of our products via the mail. You will receive a new MSDS for a product if the formula changes and you repurchase the product. You can have the MSDS sent with the product when shipped to you by simply requesting it. The information contained in an MSDS is based on data considered accurate in light of current formulation.  However, no warranty is expressed or implied regarding the accuracy of this data or the results to be obtained from the use thereof.  Chemsearch assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage caused by the use, storage, or disposal of the products in a manner not recommended on the product label. Users assume all risks associated with such off-label use, storage, or disposal of the product.

Awards and Imprinted Novelties
From time to time we may offer a cap, jacket, tool, pen, or some other item of limited value in appreciation of your business.  The item, if any, will be shipped with your order and may be used for an internal contest award or put to use in your business.  We cannot be responsible for the ultimate use of the product nor can we direct its use to a particular person.

Privacy Statement
When you visit the Chemsearch.com site or other branded Chemsearch sites, we collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. This includes which pages are visited, types of products purchased, and any feedback from our visitors. E-mail addresses are collected and may be used to notify customers about specials, site improvements, and upcoming events.

Our site's application and contact us form may require you to provide contact information (such as your name, e-mail and postal addresses) and in some cases unique identifiers (such as your Social Security number). Contact information from the application form is used to contact an applicant when necessary. The contact information is used only for the purpose of determining our interest in you. To do this, we look at your employment history and other information we have found generally useful in deciding whether to interview applicants.

Chemsearch does not give out or sell your personal data.  Access to your information is limited to our managers and recruiters. If you do not wish to have your e-mail address on our e-mail list or for us to keep your personal information, please let us know by e-mail at webmaster@nch.com, or by calling 972-438-0820, or writing us at 2727 Chemsearch Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75062.  Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies.  If you’d prefer, you can set yours to refuse cookies; but you will not be able to purchase online or view other distributor-only areas.  Contact your system administrator for assistance.
